About the Role
We are looking for a Data Intelligence Analyst – Product Analytics & AI Specialist to join Almosafer’s Data Intelligence team. This role combines deep product analytics expertise with applied machine learning to unlock insights that enhance user experience, engagement, and personalization across Almosafer’s travel platforms. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth teams to shape data‑informed strategies and intelligent solutions that elevate our digital products.
Responsibilities
Product & User Analytics
- Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and behavioral patterns to identify friction points, growth opportunities, and feature impact.
- Evaluate product experiments (A / B tests, feature rollouts) to quantify performance on engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization metrics.
- Partner with Product Managers to define, measure, and monitor KPIs for new features and experiences.
- Build automated dashboards and reports to track product health and performance.
AI & Advanced Analytics
Design and deploy advanced analytics and ML models to support product initiatives — such as recommendation engines, user segmentation, churn prediction, and conversion optimization.Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to operationalize models into product workflows and ensure their ongoing performance.Translate complex model outputs into actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.Data Product Development
Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement robust event tracking and product data pipelines.Contribute to developing Almosafer’s product analytics layer — building scalable datasets, defining taxonomies, and ensuring high data quality.Support experimentation frameworks and model evaluation systems.Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work with Product, UX, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure analytics and ML models directly drive product strategy.Act as a trusted data advisor, translating data complexity into simple, impactful business narratives.Profile Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field).4–6 years of experience in Product Analytics, ideally within e‑commerce, travel, or digital consumer platforms.Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience working with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).Hands‑on experience building and evaluating models for recommendation, personalization, or predictive insights.Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase).Strong understanding of A / B testing, causal inference, and experimental design.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling data stories.A passion for leveraging AI to enhance digital experiences and drive product innovation.At Almosafer, our teams work with purpose, clarity, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.
