Overview
As a Senior Crew member, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from greeting and assisting guests with check-ins and waivers to providing gameplay guidance and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our facilities. You will also be responsible for upselling experiences and packages, offering technical support, and maintaining smooth guest flow throughout their visit. Responsibilities
Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Assist guests with bookings, waivers, and gear-up processes. Provide clear instructions and guidance for an enjoyable gameplay experience. Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide timely support to guests. Upsell experiences, vouchers, and group packages, enhancing guest satisfaction. Ensure a smooth guest flow from check-in to post-experience, managing queues efficiently. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, promoting a fun and engaging atmosphere. Collaborate with the management team to implement improvements and maintain high standards. Act as a role model and mentor for the crew, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post-secondary education is an asset. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assist guests effectively. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the crew. Proficiency in using basic technical equipment and troubleshooting common issues. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs. Physical fitness and the ability to perform moderate physical tasks, such as lifting and carrying equipment. A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a well-managed and efficient operation. Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
