Star Health Medical Center is a newly starting multi-specialty outpatient facility in Riyadh, focused on delivering premium, patient-focused care. Our Dermatology & Aesthetic Division features advanced treatments using top-tier technology like the Candela GentleMax Pro, offering safe and effective solutions for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and vascular treatments.

Overview

Job Summary : We are seeking a certified Laser Technician with experience using the Candela GentleMax Pro system. The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling skills, in-depth knowledge of laser safety protocols, and a passion for delivering exceptional aesthetic care. You will play a key role in the success of our aesthetic services and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform laser treatments using the Candela GentleMax Pro system, including : Laser hair removal (Alexandrite / Nd : YAG based) and Pigmentation
  • Conduct client consultations, assess skin types, and determine suitable treatment parameters
  • Explain procedures, pre-care, and post-care instructions to clients clearly and professionally
  • Maintain high hygiene and safety standards, including room setup and laser calibration
  • Monitor client reactions during and after treatment and report any adverse effects
  • Accurately record client information and session details in the EMR system
  • Stay updated on laser safety standards and attend periodic training
  • Support promotional and aesthetic campaigns as needed within the department

Requirements

  • Valid SCFHS license as a Laser Technician
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience with aesthetic lasers; prior use of Candela GentleMax Pro is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
  • Professional grooming, client empathy, and strong interpersonal communication
  • Knowledge of dermatology / aesthetic product sales is a plus
  • Certification in laser safety and device handling preferred
