•Manage day-to-day leasing activities across assigned properties.

• Supervise and guide the leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

• Handle client inquiries, property tours, and negotiations to ensure successful lease agreements.

• Ensure timely follow-up with potential and existing clients to maintain strong relationships.

• Oversee preparation and accuracy of lease documentation and related reports.

• Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to support pricing and marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to support tenant retention and leasing promotions. • Prepare and present regular leasing performance reports to management
