Job description
Responsibilities
Maintain the service center facilities and equipment, make recommendations as & when required.
Assisting the service team in the service center efficient operations and speedy delivery of MS.
Make recommendations for additional resources including personnel and equipment, and training needs of personnel.
Co-ordination of smooth running of the service center with service staff.
Assist sales dept. in troubleshooting jobs; carry out important installation jobs at sites.
Where applicable, make RCA reports of MS.
Provide technical support to sales regarding technical presentations, training seminars for customers and staff.
Maintain various on-going service contracts.
Closely work with EB-Service Engineering department for finalizing RCA of MS failures, Test cells & Faster Repair.
Co-ordinate with customers, vendors & sales department for service center-related clarifications, queries and recommendations.
Assist to service team for preparing monthly MS Planning & Progress Report.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Minimum 3-5 years’ technical experience working in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or related industries specially in Wet & Dry Gas Seals & its support system (Assembly, Installation, Trouble Shooting)
Have knowledge of rotating equipment general arrangement, design and assembly, BOM
Experience with large and complex organizations
Appropriate computer and IT systems skills / knowledge (Advanced MS office, Power BI, document management)
Fluent English (spoken and written)
