Responsibilities

Moderate technical knowledge of

solar systems components ,

cables , and

LV panels . Familiar with delivery INCO terms and shipping follow up. Fluency in English and communication skills. Moderate knowledge of

ERP

MS systems . Handling the purchase requests and aware with the payment methods and invoicing. Handling the sourcing process for new suppliers. Expediting the delivery and build supplier’s relationships. Technical and commercial review of the proposal. Negotiation skills for payment and delivery terms. Skills

Proficient in procurement management software. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of supply chain management principles. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance. Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials. Project management skills.
