HSEQ Superintendent

AIP Group is a national leader in infrastructure and vegetation management, delivering complex, large-scale projects that shape communities and protect the environment. We’re looking for a skilled and passionate HSEQ Superintendent to join our Major Projects Team , with a primary focus in NSW over the next 12 months.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll champion safety and compliance across essential infrastructure projects - 60% field-based, 40% office-based - working closely with project teams and clients to embed a strong safety culture and ensure operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for WHS advice and practical safety solutions on-site.
• Lead HSEQ input into tenders and project startup processes.
• Develop and maintain tailored Systems of Work for AIPG operations.
• Coach and empower teams to understand and apply HSEQ frameworks.
• Support incident reporting and investigations, ensuring accuracy and follow-through.
• Monitor safety performance through regular reporting and trend analysis.
• Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and injury management initiatives.

This role involves travel and living away from home for up to two weeks at a time, offering variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real difference on the ground.
