We’re looking for a skilled and passionate HSEQ Superintendent to join our Major Projects Team , with a primary focus in NSW over the next 12 months.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll champion safety and compliance across essential infrastructure projects - 60% field-based, 40% office-based - working closely with project teams and clients to embed a strong safety culture and ensure operational excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Be the go-to expert for WHS advice and practical safety solutions on-site.
- Lead HSEQ input into tenders and project startup processes.
- Develop and maintain tailored Systems of Work for AIPG operations.
- Coach and empower teams to understand and apply HSEQ frameworks.
- Support incident reporting and investigations, ensuring accuracy and follow-through.
- Monitor safety performance through regular reporting and trend analysis.
- Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and injury management initiatives.
This role involves travel and living away from home for up to two weeks at a time, offering variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real difference on the ground.

5+ years’ HSEQ experience, including 2+ years in a leadership roleDiploma-level qualifications in WHS (minimum)Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standardsUnrestricted driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationallyProficiency in MS Office and WHS systemsExcellent communication skills and a deep understanding of WHS legislationGreat to have, but not essential :
