Salary Range : 7000 SAR + Comission

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesperson with a proven track record in insulation and XPS sales to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development :

Identify and target potential clients in the construction and building materials industry.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Client Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Product Knowledge and Promotion :

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of insulation materials, particularly XPS.

Conduct product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for clients and industry professionals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Reporting and Analysis :

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform business strategies.

Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

Experience :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the insulation and XPS industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills :

Strong understanding of insulation materials, particularly XPS.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Language :

Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
