Senior Product Designer (Remote)

We serve some of the region’s biggest brands, helping them understand their audiences, improve engagement, and make data-driven decisions at scale. As Lucidya continues to grow and expand its product suite, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead strategic design initiatives, drive product quality across squads, and mentor the next generation of design talent. This is a remote role for a bilingual (Arabic and English) professional passionate about designing impactful, user-centered digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic design initiatives across product squads to improve user experience and product quality.
• Drive product quality across squads through collaboration with product, engineering, and research teams.
• Mentor and develop junior designers to grow design capability within the team.
