Use tools such as molds, airbrushes, and cutters to shape and finish decorative elements with precision. Interpret mood boards, sketches, or references into realistic, edible 3D creations. Maintain consistency with brand aesthetics and ensure a high standard of finish. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards during sculpting and decoration. Collaborate with sales and client service teams for customized orders and special events. Stay updated on international trends in cake design and new decorating techniques. Document and photograph finished products for portfolio and social media use. Skills Proven experience in 3D cake art, edible modeling, or sugar craft. Strong artistic background or training (art school or design degree is a plus). Proficiency in working with fondant, gum paste, chocolate, and airbrushing techniques. Attention to detail, creativity, and strong visual design skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
