The Role

The Senior Customer Platform Architect will be responsible for supporting customers in the deployment of their on-premise infrastructure hosting Filigran products, conducting regular health checks, and providing advisory support during the pre-sales process regarding on-premise infrastructure requirements.

The role of the Customer Platform Architect is essential to ensure proper sizing of the infrastructure for new on-premise customers, to adapt deployments to specific technological and security contexts, and to guarantee the reliability of this infrastructure in supporting our customers’ threat management operations.

Your Responsibilities

Guide customers through the deployment of their platform : Assist customers in the design, implementation, and configuration of their platform based on their needs.

Manage customers infrastructure issues : Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues related to the infrastructure.

Conduct platform health checks : Perform on-demand audits to assess the performance and resilience of platforms and recommend improvements.

Ensure technical documentation of the architecture : Write and update architecture-related documentation, ensuring it is clear and accessible to all stakeholders.

Collaborate with other teams : Work closely with the Product team to integrate architectural needs into the products, and with Solution Engineers to support pre-sales efforts in resolving platform issues and addressing design requests.
