Overview

8 to 12+ years of experience in the banking domain. (Optional) PMP certification with at least 5+ years of practical project management experience. Mandatory Agile certification and 4-5 years of hands-on Agile project experience. Deep understanding of digital technologies in finance, including financial consolidation, performance management, balance sheet preparation, and regulatory reporting, especially in complex, multi-country organizations. Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects (over $5 million) with a successful record of delivering results. Strong strategic thinking and advanced problem-solving skills. Experience in managing significant budgets and ensuring financial prudence. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with senior management, technical teams, and business users. Demonstrated expertise in managing finance technology projects, including timely delivery and budget adherence. Willingness and ability to travel or relocate to Pakistan as required by the business.
