RAPIDLY EXPANDING QSR RESTAURANT OPERATOR

START-UP EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

BASED IN KSA

Food People has partnered with a rapidly expanding QSR restaurant operator in KSA in their search for a CEO. As CEO, you will have responsibility for the day‑to‑day operations as well as working with the owners and board to create and implement the growth strategy for the business. The business is still in its start‑up phase and requires someone who understands the local market well and who has overseen the rapid expansion of a QSR business previously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take full operational responsibility for the business as well as full operational P&L management.
  • Identify, mentor, train, and coach the leadership team to execute initiatives that produce consistently high levels of performance.
  • Implement best practices and remove any bottlenecks in the restaurants, maximising efficiency across all outlets.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities, emerging trends, and stay relevant to customer expectations.
  • Lead from the front and demonstrate a hands‑on attitude, encouraging and empowering the team.
  • Establish strong networks, stay up to date with market developments and proactively take action to carry the business and brand to greater heights.
  • Direct and oversee the operations, marketing and financial aspects of the business, ensuring its sustainability and profitability.
  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic business plans as agreed with the owners and board.

KEY INGREDIENTS

  • Extensive experience within international QSR restaurant operations is preferable.
  • Experience driving operational excellence within the QSR sector.
  • Outstanding financial acumen is essential.
  • Strong team leadership capability with a focus on training and development.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate through multiple stakeholders and communicate cross‑culturally.
  • A people person with the ability to motivate the team and lead from the front.
  • Experience in the KSA market is preferable.
