Role Description

This is a full‑time remote role for a Growth Product Manager. You will develop and execute growth strategies, create and manage product development roadmaps, and implement design thinking principles to improve customer experiences. The role involves collaborating cross‑functionally with teams to enhance product features, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for market expansion through data‑driven growth initiatives. You will ensure continuous optimization and scaling of user acquisition, engagement, and retention tactics.

• Customer journey strategy to optimize experience and engagement
• Growth hacking & marketing to acquire and retain users
• Design thinking for user‑centered, usable solutions
• Strong analytical & problem‑solving skills
• Excellent cross‑functional communication & collaboration
• Familiarity with AI, conversational platforms, or omnichannel engagement a plus
• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Tech, or related field
