The successful candidate will be responsible for : Developing and implementing sales strategies targeting the government sector. Leading, managing, and motivating the sales team to achieve outstanding results. Building and maintaining strategic relationships with government clients. Tracking government tenders, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and managing contracting processes. Providing tailored consulting and technology solutions to meet client needs. Analyzing the market, competitors, and identifying new opportunities. Delivering accurate performance and achievement reports to senior management. To be considered for this role, you should have : A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of
5 years’ experience
in government sales or business development, with at least
3 years in a managerial role . Proven experience in
consulting firms
and
technology / consulting solutions . Strong knowledge of government tendering procedures and contract management. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and proposal development skills. Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) with the ability to prepare high-level formal proposals. Strong command of CRM systems and sales management tools. Job Details
