Head of IT - Remote

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives. Lead and manage IT operations including network infrastructure hardware software and cloud services. Oversee IT budgets cost management and resource allocation. Ensure data security risk management and disaster recovery planning. Collaborate with other department heads to identify and implement technological solutions. Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance business efficiency and scalability. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Monitor technological advancements to keep the company at the forefront of innovation. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts. Lead mentor and develop the IT team to ensure continuous growth and alignment with company goals. Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field. 10 years of experience in IT management with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in IT strategy development and execution. Strong understanding of cybersecurity network architecture and cloud computing. Experience with ERP systems CRM platforms and enterprise software solutions. Skills
