Job Summary We are recruiting for a
Territory Manager (TM)
to be located in Riyadh. The TM will promote and support the Spine BU strategic plan, driving sales and profitability in the field.
Duties & Responsibilities
Achieve sales and profit targets.
Spend 75% of working time in field activities.
Maintain collaboration with all company team members to ensure proper implementation of field operations for customer benefit.
Organize effective and professional meetings with targeted customers.
Conduct outdoor field sales through cold calling using AIDINC to sell our product range to potential corporate clients.
Generate leads; handle all customer queries including giving quotations and sales follow-up to achieve B.P.
Maintain good customer relations and coordination.
Provide prompt and accurate information about the products; ensure stock is available and product consumption is optimal.
Provide relevant information on the products to the customer—including in‑service, cases support, and negotiating patient cases with doctors.
Service and maintain an existing customer base by delivering prompt, courteous, and reliable service while increasing and developing new customer avenues.
Organize all documents to ensure client demands are fulfilled.

Qualifications – External
Education : University / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Scientific or Medical background preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience in orthopedic and spine sales.
Experience in healthcare industry, working in medical devices sales.
Advantage : Experience in spine.
Language : Arabic native & good English (MUST).
Location : Riyadh.
