Lead the preparation of
Heritage Impact Assessments (HIAs)
and related heritage management studies in alignment with
UNESCO, ICOMOS, and regional regulatory frameworks . Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality outputs on time and within budget. Collaborate with
government agencies, developers, and community stakeholders
to develop heritage management strategies that support sustainable development. Integrate cultural heritage into
Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs)
and other planning processes. Provide
technical leadership, review, and quality assurance
for project deliverables. Support knowledge sharing, mentoring, and capacity building within project teams and local partners. Qualifications
Advanced degree in
Cultural Heritage Management, Archaeology, Anthropology, Architecture, Historic Preservation , or a related discipline. Minimum 5 + years of experience
in heritage impact assessment, cultural heritage management, or environmental consulting. Strong understanding of
UNESCO World Heritage procedures, ICOMOS guidelines , and
local heritage frameworks and regulations . Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills in English. Ability to manage
remote and cross-cultural teams
effectively. Arabic language skills and regional experience
