We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Strategy Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives, optimizing business processes, and driving organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, financial analysis, and project management, with the ability to provide insightful recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning and Implementation :
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and create actionable roadmaps.
Financial Analysis and Forecasting :
Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to assess the company’s financial health and identify areas for improvement.Create financial and performance reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.Develop investment decks and presentations for potential investors, including detailed financial projections and market analysis.Project Management :
Lead cross-functional projects to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements.Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and effective execution of projects.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategiesBusiness Process Optimization :
Evaluate and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Develop and implement new processes and systems to support organizational growth.Conduct cost-benefit analyses to prioritize process improvement initiatives.Stakeholder Management :
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on strategic initiatives and project progress.Negotiation and Vendor Management :
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers to achieve favorable terms.Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements through effective vendor management.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.Fluency in English and ArabicProven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and project management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey strategic concepts to diverse audiences.Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis tools.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in negotiation and vendor management is a plus.Preferred Skills and Experience :
Experience in consulting or advisory roles within a corporate environment.Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in strategic planning and business process optimization.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.Application Process :
