Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

Plan and manage purchasing needs based on inventory and data analysis.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.

Issue and follow up on purchase orders; ensure quality of received goods.

Monitor market trends and evaluate supplier performance.

Control purchasing budgets and provide regular reports.

Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Maintain optimal inventory levels and forecast future needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or Supply Chain Management) preferred.

5–7 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
