Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software
Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic understanding of budget tracking, vendor management, and office procurement
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with teams
Language Requirements English (Arabic preferred)
Responsibilities
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and internal communications
Maintain office systems, records, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs
Help prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management
