Job Summary :

Seeking a Manager / Senior Manager to lead advisory and assurance projects in Capital Projects & Construction. The role involves project delivery, client management, business development, and providing expert guidance on major capital programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead advisory / assurance engagements end-to-end

Provide expertise on capital project execution

Manage client relationships and satisfaction

Support proposals, reports, and senior-level presentations

Build industry network for business growth

Handle multiple projects independently

Requirements

Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Construction) or Architecture; MBA preferred.

10+ years in Capital Projects consulting with mandatory Big 4 experience.

Expertise in project management, QS, costing, budgeting, QA / QC, project controls, procurement, and risk.

Experience with PMO / BPI, digital tools, and sectors such as Rail, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, and Industrial.

Strong regional network with excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Able to work under pressure, multitask, and travel as needed.

Minimum 8+ years of Capital Projects experience in Qatar.

Bilingual : Arabic + English.

Age ≤ 45; local candidates preferred.

Not suitable : Candidates from Syria, India, Pakistan.
