We are seeking an experienced Web Methods BPM Architect to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing BPM solutions using the Web Methods suite. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and implement BPM solutions using Web Methods.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure the BPM solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
Perform system integration testing and ensure quality assurance.
Document architecture and design decisions for future reference.
Stay updated with the latest BPM technologies and trends.

Skills and Qualifications

10-18 years of experience in BPM architecture and design.

Strong knowledge of Web Methods suite, including Integration Server, Designer, and BPM.

Proficiency in Java, SQL, and web services (REST / SOAP).

Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
