Lead Geologist, II

Key Accountabilities JOB DESCRIPTION Design, manage, and coordinate drilling programs for Exploration, across multiple assets, adhering to safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.Develop drilling strategies, plans, and budgets in collaboration with the Director of Exploration and other stakeholders, emphasizing the identification and delineation of new mineral resources near existing mine sites.Coordinate and supervise drilling activities, including contract management, equipment selection, and resource allocation, to ensure effective and efficient exploration outcomes.Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and other stakeholders to design drilling programs that align with project objectives, geological targets, and exploration priorities.Ensure high-quality data collection, analysis, and interpretation to identify potential mineral deposits.Interpret drilling results and provide geological insights and recommendations to support resource estimation, optimization, and development planning decisions.Maintain accurate records of exploration activities, geological data, and project progress.
