Compliance Manager in Riyadh

Job descriptionManage and monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations in Saudi Arabia and the UAE (internationally if required). Review, draft, and maintain legal documents including NDAs, MOUs, service agreements, and contracts. Ensure proper execution and storage of contracts and legal documentation across departments. Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed to ensure legal alignment. Develop and implement compliance checklists and workflows for project teams. Conduct periodic audits of legal documentation and advise on risk mitigation strategies. Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract handling and compliance best practices. Stay up-to-date with evolving energy regulations, commercial laws, and environmental standards in both countries. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, contract management, or legal operations. Familiarity with commercial law, energy regulations, and cross-border legal frameworks in the GCC. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multicultural teams. Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
