Job descriptionDegree in Business Administration , Finance, or a related field 10–15 years' experience in administration, accounting, controlling, and audit, with at least 7 years in managerial roles Certified accountant (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) Solid background in taxation and fiscal matters Knowledge of corporate legal and governance frameworks Proficient in IAS / IFRS standards Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and standard business software Worked in structured, multinational environments Fluent in English (spoken and written) Previous experience with Big Four or top consulting firms
WTS Energy is looking for a highly experienced and motivated AFC Manager . You will be responsible for overseeing all administrative, financial, and controlling activities of the project, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards , fiscal regulations , and internal governance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting and financial operations of the project in accordance with IAS / IFRS standards.
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and financial risk.
- Implement and manage the project’s cost control system , tracking deviations and supporting corrective actions.
- Prepare and analyze variance reports and KPIs to support project performance and decision-making.
- Liaise with HQ Controlling and Finance teams to ensure alignment with Group reporting standards.
