Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Basic math skills for handling payments and change. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities. Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory. Weekly 6 days working ( Monday - Saturday ) Duty Hours is 7 + 2 OT , Over time 2 days in a week. Work permit visa for 2 years Employment Singapore. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to customers at tables.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas and tables.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Process payments and manage cash register activities.
