We are seeking a skilled and motivated

IT Technical Support Engineer

to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

networking, firewalls, and systems administration , with hands‑on experience in

Microsoft 365, Azure, Fortinet, and Sophos

1. Technical Support

Provide hands‑on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Diagnose and resolve issues in hardware, operating systems, and applications. Handle incidents and service requests efficiently through the IT helpdesk system. 2. Network & Security Management

Configure and maintain routers, switches, and wireless access points. Manage

Fortinet and Sophos firewalls , VPNs, and network security rules. Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring connectivity and security. Manage

Azure

environments including virtual machines, identity services, and cloud networking. Maintain

Active Directory , Group Policies, and access management. Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups. 4. Documentation & Process

Maintain documentation of system configurations, firewall rules, and network diagrams. Keep updated asset inventory and user access records. Contribute to IT procedures, standards, and best practices. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in IT technical support or network / system administration. Hands‑on experience with : Firewalls :

Fortinet

and / or

Sophos Networking : LAN / WAN, VLANs, VPN, and routing protocols Familiar with virtualization (VMware or Hyper‑V). Certifications such as

CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Fortinet NSE , or

Microsoft Certified (AZ-104, MS-900)

are a plus. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset. Strong understanding of

Microsoft 365

and

Azure

environments. Expertise in

Fortinet

and

Sophos

firewall administration. Proficient in

networking (LAN / WAN, TCP / IP, VPN, VLANs) . Knowledge of

Windows Server

and

Active Directory . Excellent troubleshooting, multitasking, and documentation skills. Team‑oriented, proactive, and detail‑driven approach.
