Valleysoft | Center of Excellence is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle HR Functional Consultant specializing in Core HR, Payroll & Attendance, and Performance Management to join our team. As an Oracle HR Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the areas of Oracle Human Resources management solutions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HR modules, particularly in Core HR, Payroll & Attendance, and Performance Management, with extensive experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HR solutions. They will possess proven expertise in conducting business process analysis and providing recommendations for best practices. Additionally, they will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert guidance on Oracle HR solutions
Design, configure, and implement Oracle HR solutions with a focus on Core HR, Payroll & Attendance, and Performance Management
Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing Oracle HR processes
Integrate Oracle HR solutions with other enterprise applications to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency
Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and functionality of Oracle HR solutions
Create documentation and provide training to end-users on the use and maintenance of Oracle HR functionalities
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Oracle HR modules and related areas
Present recommendations and solutions to clients and key stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as an Oracle HR Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on Core HR, Payroll & Attendance, and Performance Management
Strong knowledge of Oracle HR modules and related areas
Experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HR solutions
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HR consulting
Previous experience in conducting business process analysis and providing recommendations for improvement
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
Relevant certifications in Oracle HR (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud Certification) are a plus
Skills
