Wedding Planner

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Medina. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings, from planning and design to execution and coordination on the day of the event.

Responsibilities :

• Meet with clients to discuss their vision, budget, and preferences for their wedding
• Research and recommend vendors, venues, and other services that align with client's preferences and budget
• Negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of clients
• Create detailed timelines for each event, including pre-wedding events, ceremony, and reception
• Coordinate all aspects of the event including venue setup, food and beverage service, music, decorations, etc.
• Manage RSVPs and guest lists
• Manage day-of coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly during the event
• Act as main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process up until the day of the event

Requirements :
