Job descriptionCollaborate with business process owners, functional leads, and technical teams to define project requirements and success criteria. Serve as the key liaison between IT, business units, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and expectation management. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans. Ensure proactive resolution of project issues to minimize business impact. Maintain project risk registers and facilitate regular reviews with project sponsors. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions. Conduct impact assessments and coordinate user training and support during transitions. Communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes effectively to all stakeholders. Manage project budgets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and financial accountability. Oversee resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal utilization of internal and external teams. Monitor vendor performance and manage service‑level agreements (SLAs). Ensure all SAP solutions meet defined quality standards and business requirements. Conduct project reviews, audits, and post‑implementation evaluations to capture lessons learned. Promote adherence to SAP best practices, system governance, and security protocols. Track project performance metrics to measure progress and identify improvement areas. Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and dashboards to senior management. Recommend enhancements to project management processes based on performance analysis.

Job Purpose
The SAP Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering SAP implementation and enhancement projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role ensures the alignment of SAP solutions with business objectives by managing cross‑functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving successful project outcomes. The SAP Project Manager will lead all phases of the project lifecycle—from initiation through delivery and post‑implementation support—while maintaining adherence to governance, quality standards, and best practices. By providing strategic direction and technical oversight, this role plays a key part in ensuring business transformation and operational excellence through SAP systems.
