Enterprise Strategy Presales Consultant- ISO 20000 & 27001 - Riyadh (JO545) at Alnafitha IT. As part of our team, you will guide clients in planning, design, and implementation of industry best practices and frameworks to meet evolving needs.

Job Summary / Objective

The Enterprise Strategy Consultant is responsible for guiding clients in the planning, design, and implementation of industry best practices and frameworks to meet their evolving needs. This role requires a deep understanding of various management frameworks, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide tailored solutions that enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Process Planning and Implementation – Plan, design, and implement processes, procedures, policies, and controls by meeting with clients to gather requirements, benchmark against best practices, and develop documentation aligned with industry standards and client needs to improve operational efficiency.
System Improvement and Measurement – Improve existing management practices and identify operational metrics for process improvements by reviewing current practices, gathering data, and collaborating with teams to enable data-driven decision making.
Gap Analysis and Maturity Assessments – Conduct gap analyses and maturity assessments to identify current and future states, client needs, and best practices; use analytics tools to track performance and provide feedback to senior leaders.
Facilitation and Documentation – Facilitate and document workshops to capture feedback and decisions; deliver training and awareness sessions on relevant frameworks and management practices.
Proposal Development – Develop RFPs and technical proposals in coordination with the unit head; contribute to internal tools, standards, templates, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Certifications : Professional certifications in management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF) are preferred.

Experience : 5+ years of experience in management frameworks and consulting; leadership or key consultant roles in relevant projects; 3+ years of technical experience in IT domains (Infrastructure, Application, Security, etc.).

Skills : Strong understanding of process design, development, and implementation methodologies and tools; strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; ability to multi-task under time pressure; customer-focused leadership experience; capability to work with emerging technologies.
