What You Will Do

As a People Partner, you will manage the designated country population from an HR perspective, including medical, paperwork, onboarding, offboarding, administration, and payroll. You will also provide advisory support to country managers and the global team on legal issues within the designated country.

Employee Experience (25%)

• Manage the employee experience throughout the lifecycle with emphasis on onboarding / induction, exit management, and ongoing engagement with the Saudi team.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, other teams, and COEs on key HR areas and projects for the region.
