Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project site activities to ensure efficient project execution. Lead and manage on-site project teams, ensuring tasks are completed according to the project schedule and budget. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project operations. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective measures to maintain timelines. Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management, including updates on milestones, budget status, and potential risks. Manage resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity. Address any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively. Coordinate with quality and safety officers to maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 10+ years of experience managing construction projects, with significant exposure to water and wastewater treatment projects (minimum of 5+years). Strong knowledge of construction project management, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously. Proficient in project management tools and software. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing large-scale infrastructure or government projects.
