Recruitment Specialist-Remote

Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring an experienced Recruiter to support our client’s growing operations in the construction and engineering sector. This is a remote role based in Saudi Arabia (KSA). The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for technical and non-technical roles in the construction industry.

ey Responsibilities :

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.

Source and screen qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future manpower requirements.

Handle documentation and onboarding processes in coordination with HR.

Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to management.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in the construction industry).

Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
