Job Purpose | الهدف الوظيفي

To ensure the safe handling, storage, and transportation of chemical and non-chemical cargo across SDES warehouses and container yards in compliance with local port regulations (MAWANI) and internal company safety policies.

لضمان التعامل الآمن مع البضائع الكيميائية وغير الكيميائية في مستودعات وشحنات SDES، وفقًا للوائح الميناء المحلي (موانئ) والسياسات الداخلية للشركة.

Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية

Supervise and manage chemical cargo operations across all warehouses and container areas.

الإشراف على عمليات البضائع الكيميائية في جميع المستودعات ومناطق الحاويات.

Review Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage of hazardous materials.

مراجعة نشرات السلامة للمواد الكيميائية (MSDS) وضمان وضع الملصقات والتخزين والفصل الصحيح للمواد الخطرة.

Implement and monitor safety measures for handling chemicals and coordinate with MAWANI port safety department.

تنفيذ ومتابعة إجراءات السلامة عند التعامل مع المواد الكيميائية والتنسيق مع إدارة السلامة في ميناء موانئ.

Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments for all SDES facilities handling industrial or chemical cargo.

إجراء تدقيقات منتظمة للسلامة وتقييمات للمخاطر في جميع منشآت SDES التي تتعامل مع البضائع الصناعية أو الكيميائية.

Provide technical expertise on chemical reactions, storage compatibility, and emergency response procedures.

تقديم الخبرة الفنية فيما يخص التفاعلات الكيميائية، توافق التخزين، وإجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ.

Develop and deliver training sessions to warehouse staff and operators on chemical safety standards.

تطوير وتقديم دورات تدريبية لموظفي المستودعات والمشغلين حول معايير السلامة الكيميائية.

Ensure all procedures comply with SDES policies and Saudi port regulations (including firefighting systems, PPE, spill response kits).

ضمان توافق جميع الإجراءات مع سياسات SDES ولوائح الموانئ السعودية (بما في ذلك أنظمة مكافحة الحريق، معدات الوقاية الشخصية، أطقم الاستجابة للانسكابات).

Act as a liaison between SDES and government authorities (MAWANI, Civil Defense, Environmental Authorities) regarding chemical safety issues.

العمل كحلقة وصل بين SDES والجهات الحكومية (موانئ، الدفاع المدني، الجهات البيئية) فيما يتعلق بقضايا السلامة الكيميائية.

Qualifications & Skills | المؤهلات والمهارات

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو ما يعادلها.

Minimum 5–8 years experience in chemical handling within a port / logistics / warehouse environment.

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 إلى 8 سنوات في التعامل مع المواد الكيميائية في بيئة الموانئ / اللوجستيات / المستودعات.

Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards (NFPA, OSHA, ISO 45001).

معرفة قوية بمعايير السلامة الصناعية (NFPA، OSHA، ISO 45001).

Proven experience working with regulatory compliance in Saudi ports or bonded zones.

خبرة مثبتة في الامتثال للوائح في الموانئ السعودية أو المناطق الجمركية.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة العربية والإنجليزية.

Ability to lead teams and train staff.

القدرة على قيادة الفرق وتدريب الموظفين.
