CAFM OPERATOR
Should have Experience in Building Operation & Maintenance Projects.

Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or building or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Facilities Management, with at least 1 years' experience in CAFM administration
- Interpersonal skills, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities.
- Perfect command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
- Knowledge of performance-based contracts – SLA and KPI regimes
