Senior Specialist - CCU Operator

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Senior Specialist - CCU (Central Control Unit) Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of monitoring and controlling our operational systems, playing a key role in ensuring safety, security, and efficiency across our state-of-the-art facilities. As the Senior Specialist, you'll leverage your expertise to optimize performance, enhance operational workflows, and lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Central Control Unit
• Monitor real-time system performance and respond to critical situations or alarms effectively
• Coordinate with technical and operational teams to maintain optimal communication and workflow
• Conduct routine assessments and maintenance checks of the CCU systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures
• Develop and document standard operation procedures and best practice guidelines
• Guide and train junior operators on CCU functions and emergency response protocols
• Analyze operational data, preparing reports to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions
