Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor Needed – Tax-Free Salary + Benefits

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor to become part of a dynamic, forward-thinking studio in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Package : - Basic tax-free monthly salary of up to 14,000 SAR ($3,733) - 20% commission - Visa - Medical insurance - 30 days paid annual leave - Annual flights to home country - Accommodation - Transportation allowance Requirements : - Recognized Reformer Pilates certification (e.g., Polestar, Balanced Body, Stott Pilates, BASI) or a relevant equivalent. Other Pilates equipment (Tower, Cadillac, Chair) is a plus. - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pilates Instructor OR at least 1000 teaching hours - Physiotherapy background is preferable but not required - Conversational English - Professional attitude - Positive demeanor Responsibilities : Conduct group and individual Pilates classes based on the needs and goals of the studio and clients. Learn how to use the Mind and Body Program. Provide personalized instruction and guidance to clients, ensuring proper form, technique, and safety. Develop and modify exercise programs to meet the specific needs and abilities of each client. Assist clients in setting realistic goals and tracking their progress. Educate clients about the principles of Pilates, benefits of exercises, and proper body alignment. Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring equipment is properly maintained. Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in Pilates and the fitness industry. Continuously develop your skills through ongoing training and professional development. Provide exceptional customer service, building positive relationships with clients. Promote the studio's services, classes, and workshops. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to create a supportive team environment. Maintain a positive and professional personality with excellent communication skills. Report to the Lead Trainer. Participate in and promote the studio’s marketing and event campaigns. Be respectful of the local culture and uphold the studio’s reputation.
