We are recruiting on behalf of an exclusive, high-end Pilates studio in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeking a highly skilled female Pilates Instructor with a strong background in physiotherapy and rehabilitation-based Pilates. The Package : - Competitive Salary : 13,000 SAR / month (approx. $3,466 USD) - Performance Incentives : Up to 35% commission on personal training sessions - Relocation Support : Flights and visa assistance for international hires - Paid Time Off : Annual leave plus return flights - Medical Coverage - Professional Development : Support for continuing education courses (with contract renewal) - Accommodation for the initial settling in period (one month) Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills : - Certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor (internationally recognized certification) - Minimum 2 years of professional experience - Solid background in physiotherapy or rehabilitation-based Pilates - Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention - Proven experience working with clients in post-surgery recovery, injury rehab, or chronic pain management - Ability to adapt sessions for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced - Fluent in English (minimum conversational level); Arabic is a plus, not required Ideal Candidate Traits : - Compassionate, communicative, and approachable - Professional, reliable, and ethical in all interactions - Collaborative and team-oriented - Passionate about educating clients on movement, body awareness, and holistic health Essential duties and responsibilities : - Deliver one-on-one and group Pilates sessions (reformer & equipment-based) - Develop customized programs for strength, flexibility, posture, and rehabilitation - Incorporate physiotherapy principles to support clients with injuries or chronic conditions - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care - Monitor progress and provide safe, effective modifications and encouragement - Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment - Stay current with industry trends and methods to continually enhance offerings - Promote the therapeutic benefits of Pilates as part of a wellness lifestyle -Ensure strict adherence to safety, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
