The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and results‑driven F&B professionals to work as independent consultants under the Business Compass brand. You will have the flexibility to take on projects that fit your schedule and expertise, delivering our proven consulting services to a growing list of clients. We handle client acquisition, branding, and operational systems; you focus on what you do best—solving problems and delivering exceptional results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of consulting services to our F&B clients, including on‑site audits, menu development, operational restructuring, and staff training.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects, managing the relationship from start to finish.
• Utilize the Business Compass toolkit and methodologies to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
• Represent the Business Compass brand with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Who We’re Looking For (The Ideal Partner)

Compensation Model

This is a 100% performance‑based role with high earning potential. Our model is built on a fair and lucrative percentage‑based structure : you will receive a significant percentage (starting at 55%) of the total project fee for every client engagement you successfully deliver. This model rewards you directly for your expertise and results, offering flexibility and uncapped income potential.
