Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Control : Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and store-level profitability.
Business Partnering : Evaluate new store investments, pricing strategies, and expansion plans.
Governance & Compliance : Oversee cash, POS controls, IFRS compliance, and store reconciliations.
Cost Optimization : Control labor, rent, and overhead; identify savings opportunities.
Reporting : Deliver performance dashboards, profitability insights, and KPI tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s in finance / accounting (CPA, CMA, ACCA preferred).

5 years finance experience, including retail / offline operations.

Strong accounting concepts, IFRS knowledge, financial modeling, and ROI analysis.
