Job description
  • Engage with community members to identify issues and mobilize support for local initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local leaders, organizations, and residents.
  • Organize community meetings, events, and workshops to encourage participation and awareness.
  • Develop strategies for community outreach, education, and advocacy.
  • Support community-led projects by providing resources, training, and logistical assistance.
  • Conduct research and analysis on community issues to inform campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to design and execute community action plans.
  • Track and report on community engagement activities and project outcomes.
  • Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Political Science, or related field (preferred but not required).
    • Proven experience in community organizing, advocacy, or grassroots movements.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build trust and work collaboratively with diverse groups.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and community engagement tools.
