Key Responsibilities :
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using Oracle SCM solutions. Implement and configure Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Procurement, iSupplier, and others. Conduct requirements-gathering sessions and document both functional and technical specifications. Design customized solutions that align with business objectives and Oracle best practices. Facilitate user training sessions and provide system demonstrations as needed. Support system testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Collaborate closely with development teams, database administrators, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BRD, MD50, TE40, and other relevant artifacts. Provide ongoing support post-go-live, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability. Stay up to date with Oracle updates and releases, applying necessary adjustments to the system. Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM consulting and implementation. Strong knowledge of Oracle AIM or OUM methodology. Proven experience in full-cycle Oracle SCM implementations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). Must be currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Preferred Qualifications :
Oracle SCM Cloud or E-Business Suite certifications. Experience working with clients in Saudi Arabia, particularly in government or enterprise sectors Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, multi-project environment. What's great in the job?
