Finance Specialist

Overview

Role : Finance Specialist focused on financial transactions, accounting systems, and ensuring accurate records and compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities

Perform financial transaction processes within OSP, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. Work on the organization’s accounting systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with accounting standards. Use various financial tools and ERP accounts to manage financial data. Collaborate with all Accounts Payable teams to ensure accurate and timely vendor payments. Manage cash flow and liquidity to support the OSP's financial stability and operational needs. Settle accounts, processing payments and financial claims. Ensure application compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal control procedures. Identify, investigate, and correct discrepancies and adjust entries as needed. Record financial information accurately and on time in coordination with other departments. Perform other relevant duties as determined by the line manager. Education

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar. Certifications :

CMA or SOCPA would be preferable. Experience

2–5 years' experience in finance transactions and auditing functions or similar roles. Seniority level
