Selling residential villas and apartments.

Responsibilities include :

• Achieving monthly targets.
• Individually dealing with clients through presentations and meetings to purchase property and invest.
• Maximizing sales and productivity through strategic planning and implementation.
• Understanding sales trends, analyzing business needs, and forecasting.
• Preparing proposals and offers for clients, and handling associated sales contracts.
• Following up with customers after the sale (customer service).
• Preparing and delivering contracts to clients.
• Organizing and managing exhibitions.

Location : Alkhobar, Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah.
