What will be your responsibilities?

Oversee and manage the production process for multiple film projects.
Collaborate with writers, directors, and other production staff to develop and create film concepts.
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
Hire and manage production staff, including directors, camera operators, and sound technicians.
Coordinate pre‑production, production, and post‑production activities, including location scouting, casting, and editing.
Ensure that all projects adhere to quality control standards and meet deadlines.
Work closely with marketing and distribution teams to ensure that completed films are marketed effectively.

What is required from the role?

At least 10 years of experience in media production, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to delivery.

Experience of working in the MENA / GCC for clients – from product launches to customer activations, you can think it all.

Proficient expertise in video and audio production workflows, tools, and techniques, including camera work, lighting, sound design, and post‑production.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production‑related issues quickly and effectively.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in film, media production, or a related field is preferred.
