At JASARA PMC, we\'re on the lookout for a talented and experienced Senior Design Manager - Civil to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee the design of civil engineering projects, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and functionality. With your in-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices, you will guide project teams from conception through to execution, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards
Manage and coordinate project teams, providing technical guidance and support throughout the design process
Review and approve design documents, engineering calculations, and specifications
Conduct risk assessments and evaluate project feasibility to identify potential design challenges
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, landscape architects, and environmental engineers
Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Stay updated with evolving civil engineering practices, codes, regulations, and technologies

Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred

Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in civil design and project management

Proven experience managing complex civil engineering projects from concept through to completion

Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, design standards, and construction methodologies

Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience in working with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction

Familiarity with local regulations and standards applicable to civil engineering projects in Saudi Arabia is advantageous
