Tendering Manager

Overview

We’re hiring a Tender Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We’re looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience in tender management, sourcing, and medical procurement, someone proactive, analytical, and always up to date with market trends and regulatory changes in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities

Preparing and submitting tender documents (NUPCO, Etimad, etc.) Coordinating with internal departments to ensure accuracy and compliance Managing tender timelines, clarifications, and post-submission follow-up Conducting supplier evaluation and sourcing competitive offers Monitoring market updates and adapting strategies accordingly Requirements

1–3 years of experience in tendering, sourcing, or procurement in the medical field Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Excellent communication and MS Office skills Familiarity with tender platforms (NUPCO, Etimad, etc.) A growth mindset and passion for continuous learning and improvement Seniority level
