Role Purpose

Role Purpose :

This role focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness by aligning workforce planning, organizational design, job evaluation, and HR budgeting with the company’s strategic goals. Additionally, the role requires expertise in managing the offer release process, ensuring alignment with salary structures, internal equity, and candidate profile assessment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with a focus on planning, development initiatives, and compensation strategies that drive long-term organizational success.

Key Accountabilities

• Workforce Planning and Organizational Development

Analyze current workforce demographics, identify gaps, and forecast future needs to ensure the organization has the talent required to meet business goals.

Lead the development and maintenance of job descriptions across the organization, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Manage the offer release process by assessing candidate profiles, evaluating their qualifications, and determining appropriate compensation packages.

Partner with finance and HR leadership to develop, monitor, and manage the HR budget, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Contribute to the design and execution of strategic HR projects, such as talent management, succession planning, and diversity initiatives.
